Burgum, MHA Chairman Fox to sign historic alcohol tax revenue sharing agreement Friday

Tribal nations that adopt the alcohol tax will keep 80% of the tax revenue, while the state’s general fund will receive 20%. MHA Nation is the first tribe to execute an agreement with the state under the new law.
